Yeah, I guess he wasn't hard enough, so I had to go enlist into the Marine Corps! The lessons he taught us about professionalism and doing the right thing for the right reasons have served me well. In fact, my current band officer, CWO3 Szabo, is a lot like Mr. Stevens....he even has his own set of "floyd-isms" that we call "szabo-isms"...

Altrusa International of Tupelo is bringing author Michael Shoulders to Church Street School as well as to the Lee County Library. The "Reading is Magic!" event at the Lee County Library will be from 6 -7 PM on Thursday, September 18th. The event is free and we hope many parents and children will attend! Michael Shoulders will also be doing a book signing at the Grand Opening of Boarders Bookstore on September 17th from 11:00 - 1:00. These are great opportunities to meet a wonderful southern author!

I had trouble adding my 2nd child. The high school was very helpful and had my problem fixed on minutes.
This is a GREAT site. In talking with people from other areas that have a similar system I have been warned that it is only as good as the teacher. In other words, if the teacher is slow putting in grades you might be disappointed when report cards come out.
