By ginnymiller

NETTLETON – Susan Barton, one of America’s leading dyslexia experts, will give a free presentation on the symptoms and solutions for the reading disorder on Monday in Nettleton.
Barton will speak from 6-9 p.m. at the United Methodist Church Life Center.
The program is funded by $25,000 dyslexia grant awarded to the Nettleton School District in October by the Mississippi Department of Education. The district aims to provide an intensive, in-school early intervention reading program to first-graders with signs or symptoms of dyslexia and other reading disorders.
More information about the free program featuring Barton is available at www.nettleton.EventBrite.com or by calling Dr. Debra Calvert at 963-3395.
